Understand how Finozone is compensated for mutual fund investments facilitated through us and how distribution commissions work.
Finozone Investment Services Private Limited. is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. As a Mutual Fund Distributor, Finozone may receive commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for investments made through Finozone under Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes.
This disclosure is provided to help investors understand the nature of such commission and promote transparency in mutual fund distribution.
ARN: 133746
When an investor invests in a Regular Plan of a mutual fund scheme through Finozone, the respective Asset Management Company may pay Finozone a distribution commission.
The commission is generally paid as trail commission and may continue for as long as the investment remains associated with Finozone's ARN, subject to the applicable commission structure, regulations and AMC policies.
The actual commission may differ across AMCs, schemes, categories and periods and may change from time to time.
The commission is paid by the AMC in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework and commission structure. Investors should refer to the relevant scheme documents for information regarding expenses applicable to a scheme.
Mutual fund schemes may offer both Regular and Direct Plans.
Investments facilitated through a Mutual Fund Distributor such as Finozone are made under Regular Plans, where applicable distribution expenses and commission form part of the scheme's expense structure.
Direct Plans are intended for investors investing directly with the mutual fund without routing the investment through a Mutual Fund Distributor and therefore do not include distributor commission.
Regular and Direct Plans of the same scheme generally have a common portfolio but different expense ratios and consequently separate NAVs.
The trail commission received or receivable by Finozone varies depending on the Asset Management Company, mutual fund scheme, scheme category and the commission structure applicable from time to time.
| Scheme Category | Trail Commission |
|---|---|
| Equity Oriented Schemes | 0.15% – 1.45% p.a. |
| Debt Oriented Schemes | 0.05% – 1.00% p.a. |
| Gold ETF / Related Funds | 0.20% – 1.45% p.a. |
| International Funds | 0.40% – 1.00% p.a. |
The above ranges are indicative and based on Finozone's currently published disclosure. Actual commission may vary by AMC, scheme and period. Commission structures are subject to change from time to time.
