Finozone acts as a Mutual Fund Distributor while facilitating mutual fund investments.
Finozone is not the Asset Management Company, trustee, Registrar and Transfer Agent or custodian of the mutual fund schemes made available through the platform.
Mutual fund schemes are managed by their respective Asset Management Companies and are subject to the terms, investment objectives, risks and other provisions contained in the applicable scheme documents.
Unless Finozone holds a separate applicable registration permitting it to do so, references on the website should not be interpreted as Finozone acting as a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.
When using Finozone's services, you are responsible for providing complete, accurate and current information.

Mutual fund transaction requests submitted through Finozone are subject to applicable scheme terms, cut-off timings, availability of funds for utilisation, verification requirements and acceptance by the relevant AMC, RTA or transaction platform.
Submission of a transaction request through Finozone does not by itself guarantee successful execution or allotment.
A transaction may be rejected, delayed or remain pending for reasons including incomplete information, KYC issues, payment failure, bank verification, technical issues, regulatory restrictions or rejection by the relevant intermediary.
Applicable NAV, allotment and transaction processing will be determined in accordance with applicable regulations and the terms of the relevant mutual fund scheme.
Systematic Investment Plan transactions are subject to successful registration of the relevant mandate or payment instruction and acceptance by the concerned entities.
SIP instalments may fail or be delayed because of insufficient funds, bank rejection, mandate issues, regulatory requirements, technical issues or other circumstances outside Finozone's direct control.
Cancellation, modification or pausing of an SIP or other recurring instruction is subject to the timelines and procedures prescribed by the relevant AMC, RTA, transaction platform or payment service provider.
Payments towards mutual fund investments are processed in accordance with the payment mechanisms made available for the relevant transaction.
Successful payment does not necessarily constitute successful allotment of mutual fund units. The transaction remains subject to applicable verification and acceptance requirements.
Where money has been debited but a transaction is rejected or cannot be processed, any applicable reversal or refund will be handled in accordance with the procedures and timelines of the relevant AMC, RTA, bank, payment provider or transaction platform.
Finozone does not control banking, payment gateway, AMC or RTA settlement timelines and therefore cannot guarantee a specific refund or reversal date where processing depends on such third parties.
Mutual fund investments involve investment risk. Scheme values may increase or decrease depending on market conditions and other factors.
